– All Refunds attract applicable administrative and processing fees. Administrative fees are 50% of the transaction amount.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that banking or payment provider delays may impact this timeline.
– If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual. All transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event and is subject to approval. Kindly note, transfers are not guaranteed and may not be accepted.
– Substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of the event organizer. Contact us via email for assistance.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify the date, location, or content of any event or to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2.5 By registering for an event, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event or engages in inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
